DEFINITIONS:
To understand the terms used and facilitate reading, below are the definitions that will be used in these Terms and Conditions, which may be used in singular or plural without changing their meaning:

SERVICES AND PURPOSE:
Aurora Inbox is a strategically focused system for managing and improving customer relationships. It involves the collection, management, and analysis of information about customers with the goal of improving customer retention, driving sales, and optimizing customer satisfaction.
AURORA INBOX provides through the Site a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable, non-exclusive and non-sublicensable license that will provide access to the Customer Relationship Management system, also known as Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), linked to the instant messaging application WhatsApp, which provides tools to the User to have greater control over business conversations.
By using the Site, the User will be able to view all conversations with customers who interact through different platforms and social networks, such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
To access the services, the User must have an AURORA INBOX User Account.
At the decision of Aurora Inbox, those people interested in the Services may have a Free Trial Period from the Site for the time indicated on the Site. At the end of this period, the client may contract an Account, with the characteristics, powers, price and conditions corresponding to the chosen Use Plan.
APPROPRIATE USES OF THE SERVICES.
By accessing the Site, the User agrees to use the Services in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the United Mexican States, as well as these terms and conditions, and is therefore obliged to refrain from using the Site and the Services. for acts that have the object or effect of committing illegal acts, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties and/or that in any way may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the Site, the Services or prevent their normal use.

Users may be:

- Incorporated in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
- Established in accordance with the laws of their country of origin.
To create a user account it is necessary:
- Email address.
- Security key for the user account.
- WhatsApp instant messaging user account.
By creating the Account, the User represents and guarantees that he or she is the authorized owner of the Account and that it has the characteristics of the previous paragraph.
Users who are not yet clients will be absolutely responsible for the actions they take within the Site. You will be able to navigate within the Site, schedule demos and send messages, the activity you carry out within the Site will not be the responsibility of Aurora Inbox.
In the event that the user incurs any of the circumstances described in the following section, entitled “PROHIBITIONS ON USE OF THE SITE”, Aurora Inbox reserves the right to revoke the User's Customer status at its discretion, upon written notification that be sent to the email provided. In such an event, Aurora Inbox is exempt from all liability.
PROHIBITIONS ON USE OF THE SITE:
By way of example, but not limitation, the use of the Site is strictly prohibited for the user:
- Carry out illegal company activities or transmit illegal content, determined by the Laws of the United Mexican States, on the Site.
- Sending unwanted messages or SPAM;
- Use the Services in relation to activities called “Money Service Business” such as the sale of traveler's checks or money orders, exchange offices or check cashing, unless they have express and current authorization issued by the regulatory authorities of the Mexican financial system;
- Use the Services to conduct contests, lotteries, raffles, multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, gambling or betting activities, “get rich quick” or any other form of prohibited financial activity, unless have express and current authorization issued by the regulatory authorities of the Mexican financial system.

- Promotion of illicit and intoxicating substances, or substances prohibited by the Laws of the United Mexican States
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level pyramid selling, multi-level marketing system that uses one or more of the following deceptive practices:
- Participants pay money for the right to receive compensation for recruiting new participants.
- The participant is required to purchase a specific quantity of products, other than the cost price for advertising purposes, before the participant is allowed to join the plan or advance within the plan.
- Participants are knowingly sold commercially excessive quantities of the product or products (this practice is known as inventory loading) or
- Entrants are not permitted to return products on commercially reasonable terms.
- Activities related to narcotics, steroids, drugs and/or certain controlled substances or other products that pose a risk to consumer safety.
- Toxic, combustible, flammable or radioactive materials.

- Leasing, buying, selling, lending or sublicensing the services provided by Aurora Inbox is expressly prohibited.

At the time of contracting the services, the User accepts that an intermediary collection service is the one that processes the payment through the payment methods that the User indicates, therefore he/she accepts the terms and conditions of the companies responsible for processing the payment, as well as how it assumes the risks involved in conducting business, purchasing and carrying out activities on the Internet.
Payment must be made for the total amount, in advance and for the entire chosen period. AURORA INBOX does not have access to the data related to the payment method used by the CLIENT, except in the case of bank transfer, in payments made by credit card, only the entity that processes the payment will have access to this data in its condition. of payment managers.
In the event that the User opts for payment by transfer, they must contact AURORA INBOX directly., ok via email address hello@aurorainbox.com or through the support chat, requesting information related to this payment system, receiving a response with the specific information, steps, concept to indicate and necessary data.
Once the payment is confirmed and made effective, a payment confirmation email will be sent, and in turn, if required, the corresponding invoice will be issued by AURORA INBOX. In the case of monthly payments, the invoice will be generated with the same periodicity, each time the payment is confirmed.
Each party must cover the taxes and other contributions that are their responsibility in accordance with the relevant legislation, due to any of the acts and payments that arise from the acquisition of the services.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICY:
The service is paid in advance and can be canceled from the Site at any time, however, the deposit will not be refunded.
The contracted service may be improved at any time from the Site with the contracting of another plan and the payment corresponding to the price difference.
POLICY FAIR USE
- Message Limit: Each contracted user may exchange up to 20,000 (twenty thousand) messages per calendar month.
- Additional Messages: Accounts that exceed this limit will be subject to an additional charge of 1,000 (one thousand) Mexican pesos for each block of 60,000 (sixty thousand) additional messages.
- Right to Cancel: Aurora Inbox reserves the right to cancel any account that exceeds the established fair usage volume without prior notice, in the event of excessive usage that may affect the performance of the service for other users.
- Modifications and Updates: Aurora Inbox reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The modifications will take effect once published on the official Aurora Inbox website.
RESPONSIBILITY:

AURORA INBOX, its subsidiaries, affiliates, executives, directors, shareholders, employees and/or suppliers, will not be liable, in any case, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, loss of business, lost profits, loss of data, use, revenue or other economic advantage) arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Services and/or the terms based on any theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages .
